Delivery Information

At Kell's Landscape Supply, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping & Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours.
  • Standard delivery timeframes vary based on location:
    • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
    • Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
  • Bulk and oversized items may require additional shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or appears to be lost, please contact us at sales@kellsgardencity.com, and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  1. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  2. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  4. A photo of the item(s) may be required before processing the return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at sales@kellsgardencity.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item(s).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • If a refund is issued for a bundle purchase, the remaining items will revert to their current individual sale prices, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
